Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to LyricFast. By accessing or using our AI lyric video service at lyricfast.com (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

2. The service

LyricFast turns audio you upload into lyric videos: the AI transcribes the vocals, you can correct the lyrics, and the Service renders a word-synced video. The free tier works without an account; paid features require signing in with Google, and pricing is shown before any purchase.

3. Your content & rights

You must own the rights to (or have permission for) any audio you upload. You retain ownership of your audio, your corrected lyrics, and the videos you render, and you may use rendered videos commercially — subject to your rights in the underlying song. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the Service. We may remove content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• upload audio you have no rights to use;
• use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, watermarks, or security measures;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• create videos containing hateful, harassing, or unlawful content.

5. Payments & refunds

Single-song and pack purchases are one-time payments that unlock HD rendering per song. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. You are never charged extra for failed renders: a failed render does not consume a song unlock, ever. For refunds, contact support@lyricfast.com.

6. Content & storage

Unlocked songs (your audio and corrected lyrics) are retained so re-rendering keeps working. Rendered videos are kept for at least 30 days; anonymous projects may be removed after 48 hours — please download your files promptly.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service; if a paid feature is discontinued, we will handle outstanding unlocks fairly (refund or equivalent).

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
